Rescue fees when hiking on Mount Kilimanjaro during a safari to Kilimanjaro national park is 20 USD for Nonresidents and Residents or expatriates while East Africans are charged 2,000 Tanzania shillings. These fees are paid in case of anything happening during a hike on the mountain and the rescue is done by KINAPA.

Tourists engaging in cycling in Kilimanjaro national park during Tanzania safaris are charged a fee of 50 USD for Nonresidents and residents while East Africans are charged a fee of 30,000 Tanzania shillings.
