11 days Serengeti, Ngorongoro and Kilimanjaro safari is a trip which will take place around different destinations like Lake Manyara national park, the Ngorongoro crater, Serengeti national park, Tarangire national park and also visit Mount Kilimanjaro while on your on a Tanzania Safari.
You will engage in game drives in the morning and in the afternoon during your safari to Lake Manyara national park, Serengeti national park, Tarangire national park and the Ngorongoro crater.
During your safari, you will also engage in a hiking experience on Mount Kilimanjaro via the Marangu route as you hike on the highest mountain in Africa. You will spend 5 days of hiking on the mountain.
After your wildlife safari and hiking experience eon Mount Kilimanjaro, you will return to Arusha which will bring your safari to an end.

Detailed itinerary
Day 1; pick up and drive to Lake Manyara national park
You will be picked up from your hotel in Arusha and welcome you for your safari. You will also have a short briefing and prepare for a safari in Lake Manyara national park. You will engage in a game drive around the national park as you search for different wildlife species such as lions, elephants, buffalos, leopards, antelopes, waterbucks, impalas among others. The national park is also known for tree climbing lions.
After your game drive, you will return to your lodge for dinner and overnight at Twiga lodge.
Day 2; visit Ngorongoro crater
After having breakfast at your lodge, your guide will pick you up from your lodge and you will be driven to Ngorongoro crater where you will descend 600 meters into the crater in search of different wildlife species.
You will search for wildlife species such as the big 5 like elephants, lions, leopards, rhinos, buffalos during your game drive around the Ngorongoro crater. You will also enjoy seeing flamingos along the shores of Lake Magadi. After this experience, your guide will drive you back to your lodge for dinner and overnight Hhando coffee lodge.
Day 3; drive to Serengeti national park
You will have breakfast at your lodge as you prepare for your drive to Serengeti national park. You will check in at your lodge and have lunch ahead of your game drive around the national park in search of wildlife species such as elephants, lions, leopards, buffalos, giraffes, hippos, antelopes, zebras, wildebeests among others.
You will have dinner and overnight after your game drive at Osinon camps and lodges.
Day 4; full day Serengeti national park
After waking up early at your lodge, you will engage in a morning game drive around Serengeti national park as you search for elephants, lions, leopards, rhinos, buffalos, giraffes, hippos, waterbucks, impalas, wildebeests, zebras among others. You will have lunch after your morning game drive while on your Tanzania Safari.
You will also engage in an afternoon game drive and explore the vast savannah plains as you search for different wildlife species. Your guide will drive you back to your lodge after the game drive for dinner and overnight at Osinon camps and lodges.
Day 5; drive to Tarangire national park
You will have breakfast at your lodge ahead of your drive to Tarangire national park where you will engage in a game drive around the national park in search of wildlife species like elephants, lions, giraffes, buffalos, antelopes, impalas among others.
You will also enjoy seeing baobab trees during your safari in Tarangire national park and later return to your lodge for dinner and overnight at Tarangire Roika lodge.
Day 6; transfer to Arusha
Your breakfast will be served at your lodge ahead of a transfer to Arusha where you will spend the night and relax at your hotel in Arusha where you will have dinner and overnight at Tulia boutique hotel and spa.
Day 7; drive to Moshi and hike from Marangu to Mandara Hut
Your breakfast will be served at your hotel in Arusha ahead of your drive to Kilimanjaro national park. You will proceed to Marangu gate and you will we start your hike on Mount Kilimanjaro from Marangu gate to Mandara hut.
Day 8; Mandara Hut to Horombo Hut
After breakfast, you will start your hike from Mandara hut passing through rain forest and moorland through Maundi crater to the rim where you can have clear view of Kibo Crater and also enjoy views of Kibo and Mawenzi peaks. You will hike to Horombo hut where you will have dinner and spend the night.
Day 9; Horombo Hut to Kibo Hut
You will hike from Horombo hut through the Alpine desert vegetation and continue to Kibo hut which lies on the saddle area. You will spend the rest of the day at Kibo hut as you prepare for the summit attempt to Uhuru peak the next day.
Day 10; Kibo hut to summit to Horombo Hut
You will wake up as early as mid-night and start your hike from Kibo hut and hike to the summit. You will hike to the Gillman’s point near the crater to the summit. You will enjoy beautiful views after reaching the highest point on Mount Kilimanjaro which is Uhuru peak (5895 meters). After taking photos and enjoying views at the summit you will start your descend from Mount Kilimanjaro.
You will descend from the summit of Mount Kilimanjaro and continue to Horombo Hut where you will have dinner and overnight.
Day 11: Horombo Hut to Marangu gate to Arusha
Wake up early for your breakfast, you will start your descend from Horombo hut to Marangu gate. You will be me by your guide who will drive you back to Arusha and drop you off at your hotel in Arusha which will bring the safari to an end.
